This label-type thermometer can be stuck on any surface where the temperature needs to be controlled. The points contained make a permanent colour change when reaching the temperature indicated in each of them.

These labels are available in numerous ranges, depending on the temperatures covered. They are labelled in ºC and ºF for easy reading. As they are labels, they can be stuck on curved surfaces and be attached to quality reports, as evidence that the process has been carried out correctly.

These indicators are available in various ranges, depending on the temperatures covered:

Range H: 138ºC - 149ºC / (280-300ºF) (Temperature points ºC: 138 143 149ºC)

Supply: Packets with 10 units.

Dimensions: 17 x 25 mm

Type: Vertical

These labels are made of heat-sensible material that changes colour when reaching the temperature at which they are calibrated. These are self-adhesive labels to make their positioning easier. The labels are coated with transparent polyester and appropriately sealed and thus, withstand water and oil.

Accuracy of these thermometers is <+/-1ºC> for temperatures below 100ºC and <+/-1%> for temperatures above 100ºC.

These temperature labels are made according to ISO 9001 standard.

This thermometer meets REACH Annex XVII, with regard to chemical substances and product components.

Uses of the 3-level irreversible thermometer

The irreversible thermometer with 3 temperature points offers solutions for all type of sectors. Firstly, for monitoring temperature ranges that are not excessively wide. This indicator, with its permanent colour change, is particularly useful when the thermal range to be controlled varies between several values that are close to each other. In this way, we not only know if a certain temperature has been reached but also if it has been exceeded, or if not reached, we will know if the difference is little or bigger.

Like other temperature labels of the same range, it has a general-purpose use. Some practical examples in various industries, although there are many more, are shown below:
  • Industry
    • Oven temperature
    • Aluminium lacquering
    • Manufacturing of photovoltaic modules
  • Food
    • Sterilisation of plastic containers
    • Glass sterilisation
    • Food sterilisation with heating processes
  • Medical and pharmaceutical industry
    • Sterilisation of laboratory equipment
    • Disinfection of medical equipment
    • Temperature control of heating processes in the chemical industry
