This irreversible-type temperature indicator has six points, which change colour permanently when reaching the temperature indicated in each of them. You only need to stick the label on the product or surface to be controlled. The change of colour is permanent, which allows for non-assisted controls and ensure that a certain temperature has been reached or not.

This mini temperature label is a bit smaller than the other models. Therefore, it is particularly useful for small products or spaces with limited space.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The indicator with range 1 requires special handling because its temperatures are lower than the body temperature (29ºC – 42ºC). See the technical information. 

This thermometer is available in various ranges, varying the temperature of the control points:

  • Mini Range 1: 29ºC - 42ºC / (84-108ºF) (Temperature points ºC: 29 33 34 37 40 42ºC)

Laminated thermometers and encapsulated in transparent polyester. They are resistant to water, grease and oil. They are adhesive and flexible and can be stuck on any surface, curved surfaces included. In the inside, they contain a material that reacts to temperature changing colour to black irreversibly. This material is calibrated for the different label temperatures.

Accuracy of these temperature labels is <+/-1ºC> for temperatures below 100ºC and <+/-1%> for temperatures above 100ºC

The manufacturer certifies that these temperature indicators have been made according to ISO 9001 standard.

The components and substances contained in these temperature indicators meet REACH Annex XVII, with regard to public health and the environment. 

Uses of the mini-size 6-level irreversible thermometer

The 6-level irreversible temperature label is smaller in size than the other labels of its range. Only the micro 4-level indicator is smaller. This small size makes it be the ideal solution when the space where the temperature needs to be controlled or the product size require a small indicator, at the same time having a high number of temperature points.

This small-size temperature indicator has applications in all type of sectors. As it has 6 temperatures in each indicator, it allows a wide range of control to be covered.  It is used in the medical and pharmaceutical industry, where disinfecting and sterilising processes on small materials are carried out usually. It is also used in the industry, when carrying out control checks of ovens that treat pieces thermally.  Its 6 temperature points provide the user with complete information on the temperatures.
